The EmployerOur client is an IT services firm providing Business Process Automation solutions. They are looking for driven individuals, in technology domain, to join their business in tier-2 cities.The JobYou will be responsible for :

• Designing, developing and implementing RPA solutions using advanced tools.
• Using core workflow principles efficiently.
• Developing robust and scalable solutions.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions that are in line with business standards and goals.
• Document the solutions, test procedures etc. during UAT and production phase.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

The Profile

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and have at least 2 years experience, ideally within an RPA Developer role.
• You have hands-on experience in process modeling and have worked with programming in VB, C#, .NET.
• You can interpret business processes into automation solutions.
• You have good knowledge of SQL and understand SDLC.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with Excel Macro.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
