Account Assistant

Job Description

Reporting: Prepare and submit different finance related reports

Payment Management: Process the payment, check the completeness of the payment documents, prepare payment schedule for payment to suppliers

Accounting: Assist in keeping proper accounts of all the financial transactions (receipt & payment) of the company

Others: Any other finance related works assigned by the supervisors.

Other Specification

Bachelors’ Degree with specialization in Accounting or Finance.

2 years’ work experience in a similar role.

Proven knowledge regarding bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices.

Basic knowledge in prevailing laws and regulations on taxation and accounting.

High attention to detail, accuracy and deadline-oriented.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Required Skills: Payment Management, Accounting, Basic knowledge of TDS, VAT, Basic Administrative Skills.
