Job Description

This position involves the responsibilities as a lecturer. The candidates will be working collaboratively as a part of the academic department. They will assist in facilitating the learning activities in the college to the highest standard through tutoring and associated academic advisory work, with a goal to ensure and deliver an outstanding student learning experience.

demonstrate ability to explain the basic principles of company law;

develop an interest in legal issues in so far as they affect business organisations;

understand the role of the regulatory framework for corporate reporting;

prepare financial statements for UK limited companies in a format suitable for publication;

conduct a critical assessment of company performance.
