Quality Officer - Call Center

Minimum Graduation degree.Good communication skills.Having relevant experience of Quality assurance.

Job Description:

Quality Spot checks to satisfy the client’s needs related to the QA

Assist the Operations Supervisor/Manager and Trainer in identifying the trends and areas of improvement

Assist and Coaching Call center Agent’s improve skill set and assist them in sustaining it.

Responsible for auditing agent communication with customers as per the guidelines provided

Check agent's Compliance to Process

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Contract length: 11 months

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
