Customer Relationship executive- Female

Andaaz Designs & Tailoring is looking for a self-driven and motivated Customer Relationship executive- Female to work at our outlet and oversee sales and customer relations.

• Location: I-9/4

• Timings: Morning

• Salary range: 25,000 to 35,000 (with attractive commission)

•5 days a week

Duties:

• Interacting with customers, offering information about products, and completing sales transactions

• Maintaining clean and organized store area, receiving merchandise, displaying fashion items and collecting payments

• Managing inventory and stocking and replenishing items

• Processing and overseeing online orders

• Responsible for order packaging and delivery via courier services

• Assist with organizing promotional store events

• Networking with clients about services to obtain orders

• Respond to customers through social media, email, call and messages

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail clothing sale and customer services is preferred (1 year)

• Stitching and clothing/fabric knowledge is highly preferred

• People-friendly and strong communication and sales skills

• Knowledge of managing inventory and basic computer skills (Excel)

• Highly organized and able to multi-task
