Customer Experience Officer

Job Description

To visit and make sure the new and existing collection centers are renovating as per our model collection centers. To make sure that there is no delay in operations at head office end. To prepare and compile the visits report and to share it with Assistant Head of Customer Experience. To coordinate with operations team to get maintenance issues rectified on priority. To evaluate all the feedbacks, complaints and suggestions, with on time implementation. To monitor and ensure the smooth flow of information between field and head office. To ensure that the ideal customer experience is delivering at each collection center.
