HR Officer ( Operation / Recruitment )

Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth recruitment cycle closure from start to finish.

  • Advertising and attracting candidates through different sourcing channels.
  • Downloading, Screening and processing applicants.
  • Answering queries over the phone and responding to candidate emails.
  • Checking all candidate eligibility documentation
  • Complete on boarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
  • Responding to internal and external queries via email.
  • Arranging group interviews as well as one to one interviews in coordination with relevant Heads.
  • Work with HR to comply hiring need and resource requirements on different locations.
  • Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses;
  • Verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Coordinate and work with HR operations team to ensure smooth operations of HR
  • Maintaining records for applicants
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Assisting line manager in all other recruitment activities
  • Generating different type of recruitment & HR reports as required by Head of HR
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
