Marketing Manager / Communication

Dar-ul-Madina is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager who would be responsible for managing its online presence by managing its digital and social content, developing its marketing strategies, and promoting services on different platforms.

This is a role that requires a good level of marketing knowledge, as well as good communication skills to promote company growth and customer reach, digitally. As a social media marketing manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest media trends and to maintain a long-term relationship with customers.

The position has the following responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and ensure execution of effective marketing strategies and plans for conventional & digital marketing of Dar-ul-Madinah projects.

Formulate, direct, and coordinate all marketing activities including campaigns, events, digital marketing, public relations, and donor engagement.

Direct brand management, PR, media relations, corporate positioning, project launches, advertising, and admissions drive through digital and conventional marketing.

Ensure assessment and monitoring of the impact of all marketing activities. Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the marketing department.

Ensure effective management of all the major and minor fundraising and other campaigns.

Manage resources to develop the marketing strategy and marketing assets.

Ensure development and management of all digital media assets and activities including Dar-ul-Madinah’s websites (of all projects) and social media platforms.

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

Work closely with the board of directors in defining accurate projections against marketing objectives across marketing channels.

Manage marketing department and internal communications functions for Dar-ul-Madinah and its new project launch.

Develop, measure, and track strategies to drive profitable growth through analytical planning and data-driven decisions.

Perform analysis to help formulate and define potential marketing initiatives by assisting in the implementation, measuring results, and providing actionable recommendations based on outcomes.

Use consumer behavior, industry, and competitive data to identify key trends, and volume drivers, and uncover root causes of performance to optimize marketing investments.

Analyze marketing campaigns (digital and conventional) through customer segmentation and profiling, design of experiments, and data mining.

Ensure consistency and alignment of all public content including catalogs, prospectus, newsletters, training guides, and brochures that enhance awareness.

Oversees the creation and implementation of an organization’s social responsibility objectives by establishing links to create partner organizations, and implement, manage, and oversee a variety of activities and projects.

Develop, maintain, and implement sponsorship programs and strategies by giving guidelines and managing all sponsorship activities including agreements, plans, and activities.

Any other task assigned by management according to the job role.

Requirements

Master's/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related fields

Total 8 to 10 years of experience (including 2-3 years of experience as Manager Marketing)

Expert knowledge of marketing concepts, advertising, devising and executing marketing strategy (digital & conventional), agency/media relations

Networking and PR skills

Strong Project Management and Team Management skills

Relevant and proven work experience in the field of marketing

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Manager

A sense of aesthetics and an eye for creativity
