Account Officer

Responsibilities

  •  Prepare, Verify, and process invoices for sales.
  • Enter data of invoices in ERP and ensure proper coding on documents.
  • Maintain account receivable files and record.
  • Post customer payments by recording cash & cheques.
  •  Monitor customer account details for non- payment, delayed payment and other irregularities.
  •  Update receivables on weekly and monthly basis.
  •  Reconcile the account receivable ledgers to ensure that all payments are accurate and properly posted.
