Responsibilities
- Providing architectural and interior design
- Using the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Work as liaison with the outsourced architect
- Design layout & interior for retail stores/offices in line with the requirement
- Conduct market research and arrange material as per requirement
- Compile project specifications
- Keep within budgets and timelines
