We are looking for an experienced and passionate FEMALE HR Executive who will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, planning the overall HR strategy and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.Responsibilities and Duties are- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Conduct new employee orientations
- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, submitting profiles of Customer services /call center agents and software engineers
- Assist all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
