Qualification:
- An advanced university degree (Masters or higher) in Social and behavioral science / Sociology / Anthropology / Psychology / Education / Communication / Public health / Public relations, or another relevant technical field.
- First university degree (Bachelor's) in a relevant field (as identified above) combined with 2 additional years of relevant professional experience communication, participatory communication, communication planning, social mobilization, participatory research, training and impact evaluation of communication interventions and/or other directly related technical fields may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 Years (Two years) progressively responsible professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required:
- Planning and management of social development programme
- Communication for development
- Public advocacy
- Adaptation and application of communication planning to specific programmes
- Social research, public health programming
- Communication for development, or another related area. Knowledge and experience of the health/ immunization programme and will be considered as an asset
Deliverables
- Support Capacity building of Health Workers on Interpersonal Communication Skills from planning till implementation phase.
- Support in Strengthening Communication Structures by providing technical assistance
- Support Department of Health in development of provincial road map on demand generation, Supplementary Immunization Activities, new vaccines introduction and engagement of CSO’s
Nature of Contract:
- Deliverable based

- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Well versed with IT based work environment.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Language
- Fluency in English and local language
