System Configurator

Job Purpose :

The purpose of the System Configurator is to configure and customize software systems to meet the specific requirements of clients or users. This role involves understanding client needs, assessing system capabilities, and designing and implementing configuration changes to optimize system functionality

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage upgrade of WSW SPEEDI product used to manage inbound EDI.

Manage the loading, accessing and verification of data .

Assist with SharePoint by creating accounts, managing permissions, and aiding with user interface issues both internally and externally.

Manage all aspects of PLM solution maintenance & improvements - users, workflows, data security and data loads.

Implement configuration management governance and controls for configuration items in the ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB).

Confer with department managers to obtain additional information and to interpret policies and procedures for reporting changes in product design.

Develop interim quality assurance procedures for validating configuration changes requiring the authorization and documentation of all requests for GL mapping changes.

Providing technical assistance and training to colleagues and partners.

Visit the districts and health facilities in a month for correcting the issues at the field level and prepare monitoring report

Essential Requirements

An advanced university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in computer science will be preferred.

A minimum of 02 years of relevant professional experience in health humanitarian work and information management system

Familiarity with the information systems is considered an asset

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is an asset
