Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for Female Executive Assistant who will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.

Job responsibilities:

Prepare the daily reports, presentations, financial statements, memos, invoices letters and other important documents.

Set corporate and casual meeting.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters etc).

The executive will directly report to the CEO.

Encode and store important files or documents in computers.

Assure the confidentiality of important matters.

Requirements:

Must have 1- 2 years’ experience in the same field.

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent Organizational & Time Management skills.

Excellent Communication & Negotiation abilities with confident personality.

Should be excellent in written and verbal communication.

Should be opened for more job responsibilties.
