Management Trainee Executive

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Management Trainee (Home Based) to support our Executive Team who will be managing multiple tasks and receives training in all the departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To prepare a written summary/report about the training he/she had gone through in that specific department or area. 
  • Completing the tasks and duties assigned during the training period.
  • Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures for better execution of the departmental duties.
  • Working in teams to achieve higher goals.
  • Providing Quality Work.
  • Coordinating with each department so that there are no communication barriers.
  • Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
  • Generating potential Business Leads.
  • Any other task assigned by the Head of department/CEO.

 Requirement:

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • This individual must also grasp a clear understanding of daily operations.
  • Ability to communicate confidently.
  • Written and Verbal English Communication Skills.
  • Must have Excellent IT Skills.
