Research Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate and coordinate provider enrollments for various EDI transactions; 837,835,270/271 transactions.

Provide analysis, reporting and relevant communications during client implementation to both internal and external clients.

Proactively identify client accounts for further enrollment optimization (ERA Gap analysis)

Problem-solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies, denials, Rejection, collections, billing configuration, identifying credentialing issues etc.

Communicate with insurance companies and clearinghouse for enrollments

SKILLS/TOOLS:

Good command on MS office specifically Excel.

Good command on oral and written English communication.
