Responsibilities
Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 2 x International Client Support Executive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Attention to detail / Diligence
- Good problem solving skills.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in rendering online services to US/Canadian clients in BPO / Call Center industry.
- Willing to work in any shift timing as per the requirements of clients preferably for Night and Morning shifts.
- Willing to provide Site surveillance related support to the US based clients.
