Time Keeping Officer

Responsibilities

  • Processing & Maintaining the attendance of the 500 employees. Controlling the in & out flow of manpower.
  • Downloading attendance from oracle & verifying the attendance.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
  • Distribute and collect daily attendance from each department.
  • Review departmental timecards to ensure employee’s time (missed punches) is accurately recorded and complete.
  • Maintaining Daily & Monthly attendance record.
  • Leaves updating & posting in ERP.
  • Daily overtime feeding in ERP.
  • Physically round of production flour & generate its report.
  • Provide payroll & timekeeping overview to new hire.
  • Processed all kinds of payroll deductions.
  • Ensuring all kinds of payment of workers & staff.
  • Prepare a report of monthly activities & submit to higher authority.
  • Process of final settlements for left employees.
  • Any other task given by HOD.
