Fundraising / Partnership Development Executive

Job Description

• Establishing new partnerships with businesses, shopkeepers, shopping malls, traders’ associations, universities, schools and community groups for offering services of Shifa Foundation's.
• Identification of potential new fundraising avenues, shops, restaurants and shopping malls across Faisalabad Pakistan at grass root level for placement of donation boxes.
• Maintaining accurate records of fund raised from each donation box.
• Encourage traders to display posters from time to time to promote fundraising events in their area.
• Coordinating with town development committees, establishing stalls, helping in meetings and events.
• Submit monthly reports of fund raised from donation boxes, new partnerships, community activities, volunteer enrollments and engagements.
• Submit monthly update of meetings with chambers, clubs and industrial CSR.
• placement of donation boxes distribution of Flyers outside Masjids / Malls / Markets.
• Placing of banners at prime locations for the visibility of ongoing projects.
• Leading Managing volunteer staff during various campaigns / projects on filed and in office.
• Building links with Traders Associations / Clubs / Groups / Societies and agencies.
• Liaising with interested groups and individuals to set up new services.
• Responsible for the implementation of various ongoing projects.
• Maintaining good relationships between sponsors, Community, corporates and donors.
• Planning, attending and coordinating meetings and events for any funding opportunities.
• Any other official tasks assigned by the line Manager.
