Responsibilities
- Preparation / Review of Financial Statements
- Preparation / presentation of Annual Budget
- Coordination with banks regarding maintenance of accounts and compliance with state bank regulations
- Preparation of Variance Budget Vs Actual for Executive Committee
- Payment & reporting of restricted accounts.
- Coordination with internal Auditor & Compliance (Head Office & Projects)
- Supervision of Interim and final project reports
- Discussion / Finalization of Project Financial Reports with Donors.
- Finalization of Project Financial Reports
- Coordination / Compliance of legal Obligation i.e. Income Tax, EOBI & Tax Consultant
- Coordination with FBR regarding Tax Audits / Queries.
- Coordination with external auditors in Head Office & Project audits.
- Coordination with external auditors Projects
- Verification / Checking of payment, receipts and adjustments, Head office / Projects
- Supervision / Verification of monthly payroll of Head Office & Project employees
- Preparation of Monthly Bank reconciliations,
- Coordination with related parties for reconciliations
- Assist / counsel the support staff in preparation of reports i.e. Budget, departmental reports etc.
- All other assignments assigned by the management
