Job Description

The diagnostic lab at Shifa International Hospital offers comprehensive and time-efficient diagnostic testing service compliant with International Quality standards (JCI, etc.) and managed by highly qualified pathologists. It offers nearly 600 tests of which 35 are unique in Pakistan. The list of services is expanding. Shifa Foundation is partnering Shifa Labs by managing 70+ collection centers across Pakistan.

The Product Manager Labs will be responsible for setting the business vision, designing competitive marketing plans and exponential business growth strategies for Lab Collection Network. The role is responsible for, but not limited to, HCP Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR & Social Marketing, CRM / Patient Support Programming and Consumer Marketing. The right candidate would be holding a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a graduation preferably in life sciences coupled with 3-5 years of experience. An experience with network lab/healthcare industry would be an added advantage A strong analytical and numerical capability is a must.
