Executive Digitalization Process

Job Purpose:

Ufone is looking for anExecutive Digitization Processto assist in standardization, validity of information and availability of services across digital platforms such as Social Media, Commercial Website, Mobile App and VTM (Virtual Teller Machine).

Job Description:

• To validate consistency of content across digital platforms in order to make sure that no obsolete or conflicting content is available to customers.
• To assist with availability of updated content and new activities at Commercial Website, Mobile Application and Social Media.
• To make sure that day to day operations of Virtual Teller Machine are running smoothly.
• Effective coordination with internal departments to ensure deliverable in a timely fashion.

Job Specification:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Sciences would be preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience

Knowledge & Skills:

• Understanding of Quality Control and Content Management.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point (Advance level)
• SQL
