Responsibilities
We are looking for Front Desk Officer who can also assist Executive Management in calendar, meetings & multiple task.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Front Desk operations, Greeting Guest and clients.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Keep updated records and files
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Responsible for Scheduling/booking & meeting rooms
- Assist Admin/HR as and when required
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners to reach Executive Management
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Maintain Executive Management Diary
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Arrange & manage appointments
- Candidates with relevant experience will be called for interview.
- Resident of Islamabad will be given preference.
