Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities

We are looking for Front Desk Officer who can also assist Executive Management in calendar, meetings & multiple task.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Front Desk operations, Greeting Guest and clients.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Responsible for Scheduling/booking & meeting rooms
  • Assist Admin/HR as and when required
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners to reach Executive Management
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Maintain Executive Management Diary
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Arrange & manage appointments
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be called for interview.
  • Resident of Islamabad will be given preference.
