- Prepare or develop Assessment Module for different job opening.
- Design & coordinating the assessments center based on requirement
- Communicate with clients and candidates for assessment center.
- Prepare assessment result according to client requirement and given competency by using HRIS/ Recruitment software.

Educational Requirements-
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Marketing
- Renowned Public and Private University graduates are encouraged to apply
- North South University,BRAC University,East West University,University of Dhaka,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
- Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
- Skills Required: Labor Law, Recruitment & Selection
