- Working with Client Company for outsourced Payroll and maintain all the segment of Payroll outsourcing like Legal issue, Tax issue, Benefits issue etc.
- Maintain good relation with internal Legal team, TAX team and accounts department for billing issue.
- Prepare or develop Assessment Module for different job opening.
- Design & coordinating the assessments center based on requirement
- Communicate with clients and candidates for assessment center.
- Prepare assessment result according to client requirement and given competency by using HRIS/ Recruitment software.

Educational Requirements-
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Marketing
- Renowned public and private university graduates are encouraged to apply
- North South University,BRAC University,University of Dhaka,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
- Skills Required: Business Communication, Labor Law
