Head of Sustainability - Garment Division
Job Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -
- Plan, lead and manage the Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Finance activities / initiatives of Bitopi Group to support the sustainability priorities of the industry
- Set KPIs and manage team in the delivery of ESG and sustainable finance goals
- Liaise with the management of Bitopi Group and actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential
- Design and maintain educational programs to continually develop skills of the Bitopi Group team, as well as for the industry professionals
- Support stakeholder relationships and steer development initiatives / projects
- Undertake researches pertaining to the ESG priorities within the scope of textile and garment industry; prepare business cases, presentations, fact-sheets, etc.
- Respond to queries and provide tailored services to Bitopi Group’s member factories on ‘as and when required’ basis
- Generate Sustainability report and SDGs report every year
- Any other assignment as assigned by the management of Bitopi Group.
