Assistant Technical Specialist (Architect), CP, HCMP
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and develop architectural design as per the agreement/ needs of the project proposal and programme
- Produce detailed drawing work of the structure according to plan
- Visit field to monitor sites construction work and to identify fabrication and modification need
- Ensure representation and coordination of HCMP with ISCG (Inter Sector Coordination Group), national and local authorities, INGOs and other Sectors
- Conduct need assessment survey of different structure on the basis of beneficiaries / users demand and need
- Develop advanced visualization and analysis system to communicate with different stakeholders
- Ensure work quality or output for best services to the FDMN and host community
- Maintain proper archive management for further reference
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge on AutoCAD, sketch up, Eco Tect 2D, 3D , Rhino Etc
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
- Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
- Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
