General Manager - Knitting
Job Responsibilities
- Independently manage 250 circular knitting machines (Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib Interlock, Engineering Stripe, CBC Fleech, Micro Polar Fleech).
- Capable to handle 50 tons knitting capacity per day and manage the entire knitting factory
- Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity
- Assist Production Department in all operational matters.
- Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure fabric quality as per customers' quality standards.
- Solve problems through discussion with higher authority.
- Be responsible for fabrics related quality matters and follow up fabric quality level.
- Carryout any other assignment given by the management time to time
- Apply only, who have 5 -7 years' experience as General Manager, Knitting with reputed knitting factory
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Should have good knowledge of yarn characteristics and updated knitting technology.
- Good leadership and motivational skill.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to meet given deadline.
- Be responsible for strong factory management and lateral correspondence.
