Cafe Manager

Responsibilities & Context

The Cafe Manager is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of the cafe . This role entails overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring exemplary customer service, managing staff, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability. The Cafe Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

Supervise the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the cafe.

Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.

Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet customer demand.
