Responsibilities & Context

Sound and solid planning and follow-up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.

Figure out deviations and assist in rectifying future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.

Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)

Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.

Analyze every production stage of the woven fabrics manufacturing process to minimize wastage percentage.

Take the necessary initiative to improve the overall production efficiency of the weaving units.Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.

Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.

Ensure adequate motivation and retention of all workers.Implement IE concepts and improve productivity.

Co-ordinate with the respective marketing department and other cross-functional departments for proper planning and maintaining standard Supply Chain Management.

Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.

To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
