Executive/Sr. Executive- Supply Chain Management
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive research to identify potential suppliers and manufacturers in various regions.
- Process requisitions into purchase orders using software and any resulting change orders.
- To talk directly with customers about product quality and benefits.
- Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor and offer information.
- Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
- Develop alternative sources of supply in both local and foreign market & maintain smart supplier's database.
- Communicate with factory for material status and other factor/s in a regular basis.
- Regularly monitor supplier's performance & build up best business relationship with preferred suppliers.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- To coordinate with Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities.
- Any other duties assigned by the management as and when required.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PPT.
- Experienced in Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
