Senior Manager - Safety and Security

The Opportunity

Applying a Security Risk Management approach, this position will be responsible to ensure safety and security management of all SCI staff and properties (both leased and own) in compliance with SCI policies & standards in coordination with DCD-Program Operations & Country Director. The position holder will also be responsible to maintain all safety and security equipment and closely coordinate with other functions like Operations, Risk Management, Human Resources and others. S/he will also be responsible for strengthening the overall safety and security management for BDCO, CXB Area office and all the field offices. S/he will actively promote SCI safety & security policy and standards through orientation programs in coordination with Human Resources.
