Job Responsibilities
- Sync with organisational process/policies and conducts training on, roles & responsibilities, various process & policies, performance reviews, discipline, terminations, ethics, and personnel policies and regulations.
- Assesses training needs; plan the schedule and participants; obtains training materials; presents training/instruction to both groups and individuals; evaluates training effectiveness; may oversee maintenance of training records and resource library.
- Update the training materials as per instructions of Organization's leaders, prepare the revised version of contents as per feedback for improvement.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the training and awareness program, revising the program to improve effectiveness and in response to changes in training and awareness needs.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to strike the right tone and select the best medium of messaging.
- Ability to work fluidly between multiple skill sets, including but not limited to organizational development, and training.
- Ability to sync with the defined processes and implement effective training. including the evaluation and research of training options and alternatives.
- Ability to perform needs assessments and to analyse areas of strength and weakness.
- Good knowledge of the IT Industry and Software Development environment.
