JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential Stockists & Retailers

Responsible for achievement of assigned sales targets and increase market share thus contributing in company revenue generation, brand establishment and recognition

Responsible for achieving collection targets and keep close watch on bad debts and effective utilization of credit limits

Responsible for market development, market penetration, market intelligence, brand availability and sales promotion.

Explore prospects and negotiate on inducting them as viable Stockists to develop weak areas and penetrate strong areas.

Responsible for expansion of Retail footprint & brand availability

Prepare, Design and Implement channel strategies & sales plan

Timely communication of targets to the Retailers and its monitoring for effective sales achievements

Develop field sales plan and share it with the team for effective implementation, assign task to team and directing, coaching, supervising, and leading them to achieve the desired sales output.

Liaison with Team and Retailers for target achievement

Prepare reports covering sales, turnover days, ageing, pricing, sales forecasting & sales budget

Liaison with Marketing Dept. for execution of shop branding and marketing activities
