Monitoring and Reporting Officer(s) - (KPK & Gilgit Baltistan)

Position Purpose:

The Monitoring and Reporting Officer(s) will primarily focus on data collection, analysis, and reporting for Routine Immunization. The officer(s) will collaborate closely with Field Monitors and Provincial Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely data collection while also generating comprehensive reports to drive programmatic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data collection protocols and tools aligned with project requirements, ensuring data compliance and security.

Train field monitors on data collection methods, ensuring consistency and accuracy, and provide guidance on paper-based data submission procedures when online submission is unavailable.

Conduct regular quality checks of collected data to uphold data integrity and compliance with established protocols.

Create regular monitoring visit plans and assign UCs for field activities, ensuring monitors' timely departure, vehicle readiness, and adherence to checklist protocols.

Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to immunization activities, emphasizing data compliance throughout the analysis.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance immunization coverage and effectiveness while respecting local cultural contexts.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on monitoring findings, encompassing progress, challenges, and recommendations, emphasizing data compliance in reporting.

Ensure reports are clear, concise, and founded on precise data analysis, adhering to established data compliance standards.

Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of collected data, ensuring easy access for reporting purposes and compliance with data management protocols.

Regularly update the database with new information and verify data accuracy, maintaining data compliance and security.

Collaborate with Provincial Coordinators to offer timely feedback and recommendations based on data analysis, focusing on data compliance in all interactions.

Support the creation of action plans to address identified issues while considering data compliance in action plan development.

Craft visual representations of data, such as charts and graphs, to facilitate understanding of monitoring findings, ensuring they adhere to data compliance standards.

Collaborate with field monitors and Provincial Coordinators to ensure streamlined data collection processes and data compliance at all stages.

Communicate monitoring findings and insights to relevant stakeholders, emphasizing data compliance in communication practices.

Provide training and technical support to field teams and enumerators on data collection methods and tools, emphasizing data compliance and security.

Address any other Reporting & program-related matters required by UNICEF or as needed, always maintaining a focus on data compliance and security.

Ensure that the dashboard displaying results is accessible to all field teams, and key indicators are reported in accordance with established SOPs.
