Assistant Architect, Construction Department
Job Responsibilities
- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary
- Prepare preliminary design and necessary drawings of different projects
- Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications of the approved projects
- Making perspective (3D) view and animation of different projects for presentation and archive
- On time supply of drawings & information, making necessary modification if needed considering the project site status
- Prepare drawings for different Govt. and Local Authorities for approval.
- Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information & drawing in written or electronic/magnetic form.
- Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect's supervision.
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in related Architectural farm
