Job Responsibilities
- Planning, monitoring Learning Centers, TLC (Teachers' Learning Circle), SDD(Staff Development Day), and collecting data on monitoring issues from field and assist designing monitoring tools and indicators according to program's requirements and senior management's directions.
- Assist to prepare draft monitoring checklist and questionnaires according to suggestions of Supervisor.
- Share monitoring findings with Teachers, POs (Program Organizers), TOs(Technical Officers) and Management
- Conduct and ensuring collection, processing and analysis of monitoring data for timely reporting
- Provide regular/periodic/monthly or urgent monitoring report
- Attend different meetings and communicating for monitoring findings, and reporting through presentations to different stakeholders
- Maintain regular coordination with assigned programs, TO, PO and Teachers
- Capacity development of need assessment, planning, conduct training, and follow up. need based
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)

- In-depth knowledge in monitoring data analysis and its techniques
- Survey design and questionnaire development skills
- Training skills
- Report writing skills
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SPSS
- Idea of developing mobile based questionnaires
- Willingness to visit field frequently in the camp
- People management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Gender friendly attitude

- Ability to work under pressure
