Master's Degree in Management, Development Studies, MPH, Social Science, Rehabilitation Science (Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Prosthetics and Orthotics/Speech and Language Therapy), or any other relevant disciplines. Additional Requirements

Age at least 18 years

Essential: At least 6 years of professional experience in humanitarian or emergency contexts. At least 4 years of experience in senior management of field bases and/or programs. At least 3-4 years of experience in security management and/or context analysis. Preferred: Previous experience in the same position would be an asset Previous experience with HI would be an asset. Solid work experience in one or more core sectors is a strong asset: health and rehabilitation, psychosocial support, DRR, livelihood, emergency responses, disability, age, and gender inclusion. Competencies: Essential: Fluent English is mandatory (oral and written) Good understanding of logistics, HR, and finance management Strong computer skills (use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software). Preferred: -Personal qualities: Essential: Strong organizational skills Autonomous, reactive, and able to deal with priorities Extremely rigorous and precise attention to details Strong sense of diplomacy Able to work collaboratively in a team Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills Practical and problem-solving Ability to summarize, share and consolidate information
