Job Responsibilities
- Develop plan for penetration of products in the market.
- Assist in selecting the dealers and distributors.
- Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities.
- Assist in designing incentive plan for the dealers and distributors.
- Conduct regular marketing research with an objective to remain updated about the industry.
- Collect competitors' information on regular basis and send time to time information to the Marketing Department.

- 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Experience in Agro business is preferred
- Good knowledge in agricultural products
- Result-oriented and customer focused
- Ability to work under stress
- Willing to extensive traveling
