Asst. Manager (Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and handle restaurant operational activities at Hotel X.
  • Administer all F&B Service facilities and ensure optimal cleanliness and safety procedures in efficient working.
  • Develops and manages restaurant staff & and guest satisfaction plans and actions for restaurant operations.
  • Maintain an inventory for F&B Service Department in a monthly basis.
  • Increase excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations. Supervises and manages Staff.
  • Provides proactive coaching and counseling to team members.
  • Provide a learning atmosphere with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of the guest complain/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate authority.
  • Carry out any other duties as required by management.
