Executive-I_ HR (PMS and People Development)_ Corporate Office


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing and redesigning KPIs for to run into the PMS System;
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to successfully manage the Performance Management System;
  • Assist in designing and implementing Organizational Development Interventions;
  • Cooperate in conducting yearly Training Need Assessment (TNA);
  • Prepare and maintain training calendar;
  • Coordinate training programs;
  • Ensure proper Training Record Management;
  • Assist in conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results- identify training needs and manage training and workshops;
  • Conduct periodical surveys and prepare survey reports.
