Job Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and redesigning KPIs for to run into the PMS System;
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to successfully manage the Performance Management System;
- Assist in designing and implementing Organizational Development Interventions;
- Cooperate in conducting yearly Training Need Assessment (TNA);
- Prepare and maintain training calendar;
- Coordinate training programs;
- Ensure proper Training Record Management;
- Assist in conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results- identify training needs and manage training and workshops;
- Conduct periodical surveys and prepare survey reports.
