Senior HR /OD Manager

Job Description

  • Lead the HR & OD services within a multidisciplinary organisation, in accordance with the Company’s policies and priorities and ensure that they are efficient and focused
  • Lead and drive change projects that improve quality and performance, while providing highly effective management
  • Provide expert professional advice to enable and support Elected Members, the Chief Executive, Executive Directors and senior managers in all areas of HR, OD, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of employment law, HR policy, best practice, workforce development and organisational change
  • Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture
  • To contribute at both a strategic and operational level in order to identify HR, OD, Payroll and Learning and Development priorities and how they fit with wider organisational objectives
  • Liaising with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of organisational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of organisational development objectives, purposes and achievements
  • Development and management of Human Resource policies for the entire company
  • Develop and establish organization’s structure, standard operating procedures, measurement systems to objectively evaluate the performance of employees and link same with compensation package including increments, other incentives and rewards etc
  • Develop succession plan and to groom employees to shoulder higher management responsibilities
