Responsibilities
- Contributing to a culture of collaborative learningCarrying out capability assessments across the IT organization
- Designing blended learning solutions
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
- Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs
- Driving a culture of continuous professional development
- Facilitating learning interventions
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
- Administrating a LMS; user, training and Content Management.
- Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior understanding of learning design and adult learning theories will be preferred.
- MS office especially power point, MS teams
- Working knowledge of articulate 360
