Learning and Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to a culture of collaborative learningCarrying out capability assessments across the IT organization
  • Designing blended learning solutions
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
  • Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs
  • Driving a culture of continuous professional development
  • Facilitating learning interventions
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
  • Administrating a LMS; user, training and Content Management. 
  • Requirements
    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Prior understanding of learning design and adult learning theories will be preferred.
    • MS office especially power point, MS teams
    • Working knowledge of articulate 360
