Home Based Care Nurse

Job Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare and comfort to patients at their residences.
• Evaluate nursing assessment prior to providing in-home care.
• Make changes if necessary in in-home nursing care as per physician's orders.
• Evaluate and document physiological, psychological cognitive status of the patients.
• Educate and instruct patients, patients' family or other staff in in-home patient care delivery.
• Plan and implement nutrition-based diet plan for patients in consultation with physicians.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering in-home care to patients.
• Keep up to date with current trends and knowledge in providing quality healthcare to patients.
• Create and initiate innovative solutions that lead to high-quality patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing from an accredited academic institution; and recognized & registered by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).
