Our client is an educational platform that is facilitating various means of training delivery, enabling individuals to acquire skills for academic and professional/casual learning and developing a skilled workforce for the nation.

The Job

In this role, you will be involved in marketing activities to increase brand awareness as well as developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts.

You will be responsible for :

Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.

Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

Developing marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.

Reviewing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.

Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

Driving performance marketing via Customer Acquisition Funnel, Facebook Ads, Display Ads and Google Ad Words.

Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.

Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.

The Profile

You have at least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Digital Marketing or B2C sales/account management, ideally within the Education industry

You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

Experience within Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.

You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
