HR Officer - Recruitment

1) The candidate must have an idea about Full degree Recruitment Cycle .

2) Manage sourcing and recruitment for throughout the company with a strong presence on various hiring platforms 's such as Linkden, Rozze.pk , indeed,com and other ATS systems

3)Experience in sourcing through different channels and seeking new sourcing options and developing creative ways to source and hire the right candidates.

4)Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals.

5) Manager onboarding, documentation, pre-employment checks of new joiners and deliver of orientation sessions.

Education and Qualification :

1) Candidate

2) BBA/MBA /MS in Business Studies with majors in HR.

3) must be fluent in English Communication, Confident and Smart Worker.

4) Fresh - 6 Months experience.
