Assistant Manager Operations
Responsibilities
- Organizing, issuing and overseeing work distributed to engineers and sub-contractors regarding civil work.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Experience in Budget development of civil sites. Knowledge of handling / managing constructions projects and power management [solar, CP & gen. sets].
- Knowledge of handling conflicts between site owners and project team. Vendor Management. Assist in procurement cycle / material understanding.
- Excellent people manager, open to direction, Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
