Analyze and suggest improvements
Communication b/w:
TL/developers and SSD (Software Support Department)
TL/developers and Customers
TL/developers and Management
Customization/complaint requirement analysis from any of:
SSD (Software Support Department)
SMD (Sales & Marketing Department)
Customer
Preparation of SoW (Scope of work)
Get timelines of SoW from TL/developers
Send to Management for cost analysis
Prepare & send quotation to Customer/SSD/SMD
Follow-up for given quotations from Customer/SSD/SMD
Prepare Invoice and send to Customer/SSD/SMD
Follow-up Customer/SSD/SMD for sign-off in customization case
Manage hard copies of all documents and record
Software documentation (where needed)
