Bookkeeper/Finance Executive/Assistant Finance Job
Location: Karachi Employment time: full-time
Job Responsibilities:
· Invoice processing
· Processing expense requests
· Credit control
· Cash book maintenance
· Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
· Assist with the preparation of financial statements
· Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
· Raising sales invoices
· Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
· Basic administration
· Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
· Bookkeeping
· Reconciling Ledgers
· Any other tasks assigned by the Management
Employer will be looking for one to two years previous experience as part of an accounts team. They will also look for experience with Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel etc.) Experience of working on QuickBooks online will be a plus. Experience of working on Bill.com/ any other billing software will be a plus
