Job Description

We are looking for a Online Coordinator (Home Based) who shall be responsible to carry out the duties as an all-rounder in the company.

Maintain data and keep record

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

Manage calls and correspondence.

Daily report writing.

Support our HR department’s daily activities.

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Skills

Must have excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to work under pressure.

Must be detail oriented and active listener

Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
